Native treasures gathered from the estate's own blocks, then the pick of the market garden — distilled together in collaboration with Elsewhere Gin, finished briefly in new French oak wine barrels for a subtle hint of spice. Elegant, refreshing, and made for the sunset sip.
The base spirit is distilled from Rosé wine made from grapes grown right here — blended with pristine spring water sourced from the estate, then rested briefly in new French oak. 700ml, 44.7%.
